Estos supuestos ser\u00e1n definidos a futuro y deberemos esperar a que la jurisprudencia defina esta situaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00bfC\u00f3mo afecta a los trabajadores?<\/h2>\n<p>Para los empleados, este fallo supone una mayor protecci\u00f3n frente a decisiones unilaterales de las empresas.
